Job Description
Position Summary:
P3 Delivery is looking for a talented HR Specialist with HRConnect experience. The role requires general, Tier 1 Support for the Human Resources management team and employees and support for the deployment of new functionality for various HR systems and tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HRConnect
- Assist with providing Tier 1 Support as needed
- Respond to support inquiries related to HR Connect
- Facilitate issue resolution
- Lead user acceptance testing
- Provide training and change management guidance
- Conduct assessment related to the HRConnect environment
- Provide project management support of HRConnect as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working at USPTO or another Government agency is a plus
- HRConnect, US Staffing and E-Verify system experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
