Position Summary

 P³ Delivery is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support lodging program operations for the Integrated Lodging Program for a client in a Department of Defense agency. The selected candidate must have at least five years of hospitality industry experience and be able to provide data analysis, recommendations for lodging program enhancements, and industry best practices. The role may also include account management and marketing of lodging programs, identifying and analyzing trends, recommending solutions to reported issues, and making recommendations for program improvements and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis to support lodging program operations.
• Develop recommendations for lodging program enhancements.
• Apply hospitality industry best practices to support program improvements.
• Identify and analyze trends related to lodging programs.
• Recommend solutions to reported issues.
• Make recommendations for program improvements and enhancements.
• Support account management activities, as applicable.
• Support marketing of lodging programs, as applicable.
• Prepare analysis, findings, and recommendations to support lodging program decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least five years of hospitality industry experience.
• Experience providing data analysis.
• Experience developing recommendations for lodging program enhancements.
• Experience applying hospitality industry best practices.
• Experience identifying and analyzing trends.
• Experience recommending solutions to reported issues.
• Experience making recommendations for program improvements and enhancements.
• Experience in account management and/or marketing of lodging programs may be included.
• Department of Defense experience is a plus
